After years of experience within Big 4 consultancies, our founding team witnessed firsthand how bureaucracy and resistance to innovation could stifle meaningful change. We saw organizations struggle not because they lacked good ideas, but because traditional consulting approaches often overlooked the human element of transformation.
That's when we decided to forge a new path—one that puts people at the heart of every transformation.

The foundation of PrismView Consulting's approach isn't just methodology—it's experience. Real, hands-on experience navigating the complexities of transformation at the highest levels of global organizations.
Ryan founded PrismView Consulting after a distinguished career leading transformational initiatives at KPMG and in boutique consultancies, where he consistently delivered breakthrough results for Fortune 10 companies and global enterprises. His journey from the structured world of Big 4 consulting to founding PrismView reflects a deep understanding of what works—and what doesn't—in organizational transformation.
During his decade at KPMG, Ryan pioneered the firm's Agile Product Management practice, and established core concepts around cultural change needed to adapt to new ways of working. But more importantly, he witnessed firsthand how traditional consulting approaches often fell short of creating lasting change. Too many transformations failed not because of poor strategy or inadequate technology, but because they didn't adequately address the human side of change.
This realization became the catalyst for PrismView's founding philosophy: transformation succeeds when people are at the center of every decision.
Ryan founded PrismView because he believes the consulting industry needs to evolve. Traditional approaches that prioritize methodology over people, or impose one-size-fits-all solutions, are inadequate for today's complex transformation challenges.
"After years of seeing brilliant strategies fail because they didn't account for the human element, I knew there had to be a better way," Ryan explains. "PrismView exists to prove that transformation can be both strategically rigorous and deeply human-centered."
His vision for PrismView reflects lessons learned from every engagement: that lasting transformation requires not just the right processes and technologies, but the right mindset, culture, and commitment to putting people first.
